What the Lord Can Do!

I am in the middle of moving to New River right now and I can't wait to be done!
My new house is so nice and big I don't have to run in to walls any more (I am good at doing that!).
    Before I lived in an old house which had only two bed rooms, so I either slept with my Mom or my Sister.
   Well I guess I had better start at the beginning! My parents were separated for 10 long years, because my Dad did not understand what we believed. But the Lord Jesus Christ has changed his heart so much this last year. I always lived with my Mom. My Dad and I still saw each other off and on though.
   Through years of praying and believing just last month my Mom and my Dad were REMARRIED!!!
So my Mom and I are moving to our new home with my dad!! Thank the Lord!!!
    By the way my sister, I talked about earlier, is now married and very happy!!

Oh, my, what great riches is in this Bible. Quit reading the old funny stories, and looking at old no good television programs, and get back to church, to praying, and so... You say...

A woman said, "Well, I just can't find time to read my Bible to my children." Why, Susanna Wesley, she had seventeen children and she spent three hours a day, with no modern convenience... She didn't press a button, wash her dishes. She didn't turn on a tap and get a little water out, like that. She packed it from a spring in an old wooden bucket and a gourd dipper, packed it from the spring. And raised seventeen children and could spend three hours a day in prayer. What did she raise up out of it? A John and a Charles (Hallelujah. Yes, sir. Certainly.), men that shook the world in their days.

What we need today is no more--is mothers and people consecrated; put God first. That's it. We put everything else first. "Well, I belong to the society down here." Oh, I belong to a society too; it's up there. See, that's the society to belong to, society of Jesus Christ: poor, degraded, outcast people. I'm so glad I can say I'm one of them. That's right. So glad to belong to that society. Separate yourself; come out from the world. Don't be partakers with them. Abraham separated himself and God blessed him, and give every promise that He give him; He confirmed them to him when he separated himself.

Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass.

50-0227 God In His People There's a fountain open, flowing freely everywhere. Just drink till you just can't drink no more. The tree, if it just drink to what it was allotment, why, it would just always, still in the drought. That's what's the matter with the Christians. They don't drink enough. You want to drink till you just spread out and let somebody else see it. See? Push out. Get a testimony. Commit it to God. Believe it. Step out on it. Claim God's promise. Just commit--commit it to God. Believe it. "Commit thy ways unto the Lord." He will bring it to pass whatever you want. But He can't do it until... as long as you're holding it. Say, "Now, I will see if I'm any better, and see if this will work." You commit it to Him; forget about the rest of it. Go testifying of things you don't even see. You believe it. It's not what you see; it's what you believe. It's not what you feel. He never did say, "Did you feel it?" He said, "Did you believe it?"
